Global fast growing footwear company seeks an experienced and detail oriented administrative assistant to act as a liaison. This is a growth opportunity for someone who can work well without supervision. Candidate should be able to research topics and companies, with a focus on the business of doing business. As an administrative assistant you will provide information services to customers, distributors, and sales teams. You will have a strong sense of customer needs and resolve any emerging problems. In addition, you will need to have excellent communication skills with both customers and internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled with accuracy and efficiency.


  • Receives, enters and tracks sales orders
  • Provides customer service support with phones, and via email
  • Answers general sales inquiries and quotes prices
  • Complies sales orders, work orders, packing list and commercial invoices to be submitted to management
  • Knowledge of products, packages, and pricing levels
  • Maintain close contact with internal department and 3rd party warehouse
  • Working with the team to get new products live on Shopify and Amazon (sku creation, description, size charts)
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining lists, spreadsheets, and line sheets
  • Managing photos from photo shoots and archiving them
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers and assisting with inquiries regarding order status
  • Fully manage and control inventory of the showroom samples being sent out and returned.
  • Maintain, clean and organize showroom, office and showroom to the best of professional standards.
  • Assist the office manager with day to day duties and projects


  • Ability to type accurately at an average of 55 wpm
  • Advanced skilled level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Word)
  • Experience with VLOOKUP, Dropbox, Google Drive, Quick Books
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Works with a sense of urgency
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit team
  • Strong grammar
  • Detail oriented, extremely organized, resourceful and a multitasker.
  • Willing to work in a small office environment
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English (preferred but not required)
  • Previous experience with ERP or WMS software
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Valid CA driver’s license and safe driving record

Compensation package $16-$18 hourly (depending on experience)
